Abel  is an ex-professional football player, with a lot of passion and a broad experience in coaching.

After a six year soccer career in the Eredivisie for PSV, Roda JC and FC Groningen he decided to change careers at the age of 26 and focus on management and coaching. After finishing his Master in Sports Management he worked 3 years as artist manager for SPEC Management. Managing the biggest Dutch urban artists at that time.

Simultaneously Abel has held a lot of motivational speeches for schools, businesses and even prisons. Speeches about his journey of having a tumultuous early life to becoming a  successful football player. His work for prisons led him to start Life Changing Group, which makes a lot of impact for troubled youth across the country. 

Abel has a passion for people and their individual or group challenges.
