Ann Ceurvels

Ann Ceurvels combines her background in the dramatic arts with many years of experience as a developmental coach. This combination gives her a keen understanding of human behaviour, communication and the ways in which we often interpret one another unconsciously.

Drawing on both her professional practice and her personal experience with neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and autism, she has developed a deep understanding of how people process information, respond and make sense of situations. She brings to light what often remains beneath the surface: the automatic thought patterns and labels that shape our behaviour and underpin unconscious bias.

This is precisely where Ann’s strength lies. She makes this complex subject tangible and relatable without oversimplifying it. Through her BEN methodology, she helps teams look beyond labels, better understand differences and consciously harness them to strengthen collaboration. At Better Minds, she delivers keynotes on unconscious bias, neurodiversity and the power of differences in the workplace.

In dutch, she's also written a very interesting book on this, Iedereen Anders.
