Continuously strives for personal development, gaining extensive experience in the fields of mindfulness, systemic work, NLP, haptotherapy, and Deep Democracy.

Guiding people in their personal development is both a profession and passion. The goal is to help individuals embrace their authentic selves. This is accomplished by connecting openly and lovingly, being genuine, confronting challenges head-on, creating a fun atmosphere, fostering trust, being courageous, and addressing difficult topics.
