
Fanny Matheusen
For more than twenty years, Fanny Matheusen has been providing training and coaching in various sectors, including the aid sector, education, the corporate world, the socio-cultural field, the arts sector, government departments, and NGOs. The themes she frequently works with include intercultural communication and competence, inclusive decision-making and conflict management, and (ecological) transition.
Fanny is a social worker and pedagogue with a specialization in anthropology. She has received training in systemic work, coaching and facilitation, conflict management, deep democracy, and transition processes.
She has worked as a supervisor, trainer, and manager in the fair trade sector and childcare. Additionally, she conducted research and provided training at an academic center of expertise on interculturality. She is a guest lecturer at various university colleges, teaching topics such as intercultural competence and inclusive decision-making.
