In the past 20 years Maaike has gained experience in various roles (as a trainer, facilitator, advisor, coach, learning & development and talent management advisor) in different contexts and sectors (including maritime contracting/offshore, vocational, higher and secondary education, healthcare, business services). 

She worked for companies, like:  Elsevier Opleiding & Advies, CINOP, The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and Van Oord Dredging and Marine Contractors.

In the past years Maaike developed strong learning & development programs for different target groups (such as trainees, young talent, and professionals/leaders in the commercial field). In the recent past she facilitated different target groups from different organizations, such as Laurentius Hospital, DELA, Amnesty International, Montessori Lyceum Amsterdam, Municipality Land van Cuijk and VNG.

Maaike holds a Master in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor in Career Coaching.
