Mytte Staps is expert on Talent Development and Traineeships and one of our passionate Learning & Development managers. Mytte has a background in hospitality. After graduating from the Hotel Management in Maastricht, she worked at various establishments including Vermaat, Pulitzer Amsterdam, and Kimpton de Witt. Ultimately, Mytte discovered she was much more interested in the internal guests (the team) than external ones. Driven by her passion for unleashing potential, she focused on the development of the team so talent could flourish.

At Better Minds, Mytte works as a Learning & Development Manager and specializes in (young) talent development and traineeships.
