With a background in Sports, Management & Entrepreneurship, she brings a unique perspective, focusing on well-being while building experiences. At Better Minds, we have our in-house Experience Design department. Our projectmanagers create a memorable experience of each L&D programme, with a focus on people, location, food & drinks and the flow of the day. Silke manages logistics with a fresh energy and passion for the right details.
