During her studies in Sports Management & Entrepreneurship, Sophie developed a strong interest in personal development and group dynamics. In addition, she followed a minor in coaching and guidance within the pedagogical field.

After her studies, Sophie worked in staffing & recruitment, and as a project manager at a research agency where she advised management teams and HR departments on increasing job satisfaction and reducing absenteeism.

At Better Minds, Sophie works as a Project Manager Experience Design and is responsible for the smooth running of all learning programs. With her background in leadership, communication and team dynamics, she ensures an unforgettable learning experience in which the program content, (logistical) implementation and experience are well aligned.
