Develop resilience as an individual or organisation

Book keynote

It is mostly the unplanned and unwanted changes that hurt. Because let’s be honest, getting triple the salary to do exactly the same thing is a change… but we can have it.

There is no need to explain that we live in special times that call for a different approach. And the special thing about that different approach is that we don’t yet have answers to the WHAT and HOW. That we must increasingly get used to uncertainty and even be challenged to embrace it.

In this keynote, Richard de Hoop will discuss the 3 forms of resilience that can help compose beautiful music for the future. Mental resilience is about I, what can I try to do to work on my personal resilience. Social resilience is about WE, what can we as a group, team, department do to try to become resilient together. And Operational resilience is about THE, how can we come up with ground rules, procedures, processes that make us agile as an organisation.
