Tim Verleyzen

Tim aims to improve the mental well-being of professionals and teams. He works around work-life integration, leadership, burnout, team dynamics, motivation and conflict management. Tim models his coaching programmes, workshops and training courses on the measure of the organisation.So no uniformity, protocols, generalities or 'one size fits all' with Tim. But rather 'dedication, discipline, friendship and above all: safety first'. Tim bases his approach on systemic and motivational principles. He gets the greatest satisfaction from coaching high performing professionals. In all their mental challenges. Such as dealing with pressure and responsibilities, uncertainty, balance with family, prioritising and coping with stress. As a clinical psychologist and systemic psychotherapist, Tim has years of experience in different organisations and with different target groups. He is also active at Thomas More college as a lecturer and supervisor. The media regularly call on Tim to provide interpretation on psychological and systemic themes.
