Our team development that truly makes a difference

Is your team not functioning as it should? Do you notice a lack of openness or trust? Are there tensions, conflicts, or unspoken frustrations? Is staff turnover or absenteeism on the rise? In these cases, team coaching can be a valuable investment.

Bringing people together is easy. Helping them truly collaborate, connect and align takes more. Our team development programmes and activities support teams in growing towards sustainable collaboration and stronger interpersonal connection.

We create moments that leave a lasting impression. Each programme starts from your specific needs and is built on robust theoretical models. We enrich this with the latest scientific insights and an experiential approach. Our trainers are qualified psychologists, pedagogues or professional coaches. For outdoor activities, we partner with high-quality providers.

We always begin with a thorough analysis. Using a questionnaire and conversations, we map out the current situation. Then we guide your team through one or more sessions. Feedback to, and if needed coaching for, the team leader is always included. Every programme is tailored to your context. What never changes: we stay involved until real progress is made.

A selection of our team journeys

  • The Team Journey
One or several days on the road with your team, both literally and figuratively. We walk through a beautiful natural setting with backpacks, maps and compasses. Along the way, we reflect on how the team is functioning, look back and plan ahead. Giving and receiving feedback and building mutual trust are central themes.
  • The House
Live together as a team for 30 hours. This shared experience brings underlying dynamics to the surface. Through group exercises, shared meals, open questions and reflection, you’ll gain deeper insights into each other, build trust and transfer these learnings to the workplace. An intense and transformative experience.
  • Team Challenge: active and outdoor
We take your team to the Belgian Ardennes or the French Hautes-Alpes for a meaningful challenge. You’ll face outdoor activities that stretch and test the team. Each challenge is followed by reflection and debriefing. The focus is on understanding team dynamics, building connection and encouraging open communication.

At Better Minds, team building always starts with meaning. We begin with purpose and understanding before choosing the right form. For every team, the path to high performance runs through self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-discipline.

Our team development offer

  • A flying start – for newly formed teams
Get a powerful kick-start and avoid common pitfalls. This workshop helps define your team’s mission, clarify expectations, and agree on how to collaborate. (Yes, we can host this 'flying start' at the airport or link it to an actual flight experience.)
  • Pitstop
Take a moment to refuel before your engine overheats. Where does your team stand now – in terms of performance and collaboration? What’s needed for the future, and who can contribute what?
  • Team culture
Slow down to uncover what’s really going on. We bring unspoken rules and norms to the surface and explore how your current culture supports – or hinders – your goals. What kind of culture does your team need to move forward?
  • Team colours
Recognise and respect differences within the team. Together, find ways to make those differences work for you. We use the DISC or Insights model and build a full day of practical collaboration exercises around it.
  • Let’s talk
A workshop full of engaging methods to help team members get to know each other better. Trust starts with connection. We coach your team to take that step – giving trust to build trust.
  • On strengths and pitfalls
This workshop makes it safe to talk about each other’s strengths, pitfalls, challenges, and sensitivities. Giving and receiving feedback is central, guided by Ofman’s core quadrant model.
  • Stuck in patterns
How do we interact? What behavioural patterns are visible in the team, and how can we shift them? Using Leary’s interaction model, we reveal underlying dynamics, exchange feedback, and look for new, constructive patterns.
  • The team dinner
Take on the challenge of preparing a dinner from scratch, together. Twelve hours in the kitchen offers a new perspective on your team, revealing dynamics, unspoken rules, strengths, and pitfalls. In the debrief, we transfer insights to your daily work environment.
  • Let’s move
A shared physical challenge for your team. How fit is your team, mentally and physically? A fitness scan via our partner Golazo Energy provides insight. Then we get to work: setting a team goal, mapping the route, identifying obstacles, and agreeing on support and feedback. The focus is on how your team handles challenge and diversity.
