Mara Moberg is former captain of the Dutch women's 7s rugby team, led the team when it became the first in the world to turn professional. Driven by the dream of competing in the Rio Olympics, Mara spent ten years playing at the highest level, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Her extensive experience in leadership, team dynamics, and overcoming setbacks and injuries provides unique insights into achieving high performance as an individual and as a team. Mara's inspiring story of teamwork and the challenges of elite sports translates seamlessly into the business world. 

After her playing career, Mara became a rugby trainer and started working with corporate teams at Randstad, HelloFresh, Bunq and Quin. Her sessions focus on teamwork, collaboration, and having fun while staying active, showing that success is built together.
