That is where this workshop comes in. Guided by “The Culture Map” - Erin Meyer’s best selling book on cultural diversity - you will dive into 8 scales that help you understand the essence of diversity. You’ll reflect on the profile or identity of your own culture, and on how this relates to the people around you. You will get a better understanding of the culture in your team, and you will learn why psychological safety is a true safety net for intercultural collaboration.
