Client challenge & target audience
In close collaboration with FrieslandCampina, Better Minds designed and facilitated a two-year learning journey tailored to the needs of FrieslandCampina’s trainees across various fields of expertise. The goal was to co-create a program that is centered around FrieslandCampina’s values, leadership competencies and strategic priorities, and rooted in adult learning theory. The traineeship is aimed at career talents, offering them the knowledge, skills and tools to grow into impactful contributors and future leaders within the company.
