Joëlle has an academic background in Business Strategy and Business Communication. 

She worked internationally  in Lebanon, Uganda & India in the field of cross-cultural program management, team development and (personal) leadership development. 

Passionate about driving positive impact, she focuses on making personal leadership accessible to underprivileged people, empowering them to uplift their communities.
