Erik Franck strengthens leaders and teams at Better Minds through coaching and keynotes on professional wellbeing, burn-out, sleep quality, resilient communication and coaching leadership. He brings sharp insights, practical tools and a no-nonsense approach that gets organisations moving.
Erik is a psychologist and cognitive behavioural therapist, trained at Ghent University, and an accredited supervisor with the Flemish Association for Behaviour Therapy. He has been working as a clinical psychologist since 2003, with deep expertise in burn-out and sleep issues.
